You have complete visibility across all stages. You can see how many deals are in each stage, sort, filter and make decisions to move deals. You can reorder your deals and move them with a simple drag and drop to the next stage.
No Restrictions! You can decide how many stages your pipeline will have and name stages as you prefer. Also, you may create as many Pipelines as you wish, for example to manage different workflows or simply assign / reserve a Pipeline for a specific Team.
Nested Sales Process
You can optionally create workflows for your sales reps and associate them with a Pipeline. The steps of the workflows can be associated with each stage of a Pipeline, creating a logical path. Your team will manage the entire process as a checklist, by marking the step as done. Mandatory steps prevent the Deal from being moved to the next stage. You can create conditional (OR) steps for any task in your workflow.
The sales rep can follow the established workflow without forgetting important steps, and team leaders - or other authorized members of the sales team - can check the progress of the deal.
Calendar & Events
Planning is a must, especially is sales. Onpipeline provides you with a built-in calendar to store all your next actions, that you may optionally sync - in a 2-way replication - with your existing Gmail or Outlook calendars.
You can plan tasks, calls, emails meetings and deadlines , and link them to deals, contact persons and organizations. Starting from a deal or a contact you can save an event linked to them in just a few seconds.

Your quote template can be customized (and translated) for each team, and you will use your own predefined pricebook.
New quotes can be subject to team leader/admin approval before the sales rep can send it to the customer. You can generate an unlimited number of quote revisions for each deal and access them from one central screen (quote history).
You can read and write your emails with Onpipeline. You will track your email conversations and have them linked to a Contact or a Deal. A full overview of what's happening with a prospect. You will launch a new email from everywhere within Onpipeline, just by clicking on the email address.
You can integrate any email account as long as it provides IMAP (real inbox). Also, a SMTP account is required to send emails from Onpipeline. Your integrated email can be your usual personal email address (email@example.com) or a team email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or even both.
You can choose which folders you want to sync. If you sync the main folders (i.e. INBOX and Sent mail) you will likely be able to use Onpipeline as your main email client (suggested but not mandatory). In any case your emails will be synced: You are free to keep on using your usual email client - you will always find a copy on your Onpipeline account - or just send emails from Onpipeline and find a copy in your usual email client.
Phone Calls & Recordings
You can start phone calls with a single click directly from Onpipeline and view the calls you made or received - including any call recording - automatically linked to the right person and deal.
You may use any call center! Also, we integrate with some of the leading cloud-based call centers - offering international numbers at competitive prices - so you can start calling and receiving calls within hours.
Every call, including notes, is synchronized almost in real time, and you will see information about incoming calls before you answer.
Lead Generation (Leads IN)
Route your new Leads from Web Forms or API to a dedicated Layer where you or any user with specific permissions will be able to review and import the contact OR import the contact and create a Deal. A great advantage as you don't want all forms submitted to create a new contacts before your review.
Within Onpipeline you will be able to create as many Leads Sources as you need. You will then be able to provide them with dedicated web form and/or a dedicated access to your API. This tool can be particularly useful in online marketing when you receive leads from external sources. Onpipeline will provide you with:

Our web forms allow you to generate quality leads. You can generate web forms in just a few clicks, have them hosted at Onpipeline or copy them into your website.
Web forms are fully customizable with your own colors, logo, etc., and will automatically create a new Lead. Also, each web form can be linked to a Lead Source and that will help you determine where the lead is coming from.
Integrated File Manager
Each account comes with an integrated file storage system. It is possible to save any type of document such as pdf, word, excel, etc. inside the platform.
The files can be easily used and connected to contacts and / or deals. The files can be personal or shared with other members of the organization as needed.
Unlike other CRM systems, Onpipeline does not set storage limits!
You can save time on recurring tasks like manually sending emails or creating follow-up activities. You will be able to send an email when a new contact is added, create an event when the deal is moved into a specific stage, automatically reassign a deal to another owner based on certain conditions, etc.
Clients who would like to connect their account to external applications will have access to our RESTful API. You will be able to connect Onpipeline to other software or develop custom features. Requests are validated with unique API tokens that can be generated within the Onpipeline application.
You can add unlimited (searchable) custom fields to deals, persons and organizations to best fit your needs. You can use custom fields for example to classify or just link information from external sources like your billing system.
Our application is accessible from mobile devices, anytime from anywhere. Everything you need to know about your contacts and deals is available in your mobile browser. Stay up-to-date on your deals before you step into a call.
Call Tracking and Recording
You can find all your calls connected to contacts and deals automatically. Thanks to our API your Call Center can be easily connected to Onpipeline. You can upload call logs and call recordings, our API will match if the phone numbers are in your database, and will do the rest for you.
Onpipeline is organized into Teams. A Salesperson can be part of one or more teams. Within any team you can appoint one or more Team Leaders. A team leader will automatically have access to any information related to the users within the Team and supervise all activities.
Onpipeline allows you to track your emails. You can see when the email sent from the application was opened and clicked by the recipient. Morever, you can track if your attachments (i.e. offers) were opened.
Onpipeline has admin users with full access and standard users. Users can be allowed to access specific functions with dedicated permissions. Your business data is as protected as you need it to be.
Our interface is currently available in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Italian and new languages will be added soon. Also, in Onpipeline's settings you can choose the currency to be shown within your account.
